Condifa, a subsidiary of the food-processing group Dr.Oetker, is dedicated to customers of bakers, pastry chefs, ice cream parlors and restaurateurs in France.

We develop and market pre-products and quality ingredients, intended to facilitate work and guarantee the regularity of artisanal productions. To offer you a broad offer, we combine our own know-how carried by the ancel and Sébalcé brands with the skills of other group companies established in Europe (Braun, Agrano, cresco). Condifa thus benefits from a great wealth of experience in many fields.

PASTRY INGREDIENTS

Ancel, the historical brand, is known for the quality of its pastry creams and baking powders which are essentials on the market. Thanks to these traditional products, used by bakers for a century, ancel has become a renowned brand. 

If ancel is still known for the quality of its pasty creams, it now benefits from a much broader expertise: pastry ingredients, flour, preparations for bavarian cream, coating, decoration, fillings, sauces… A large range with excellent tasting results while facilitating your daily work.

GANACHE AND GLAZING

Braun is an internationally well-known brand since 1931 in the sector of bakery-pastry but which pot out only a limited selection of products in France: ganache, ice cream, aromatic paste, mousse and decorations. Mainly based around chocolate, it offers many possibilities.

FLAVORING AND GELATIN

A major actor in the aroma market for 55 years, Sébalcé has established its reputation thanks to the meticulous selection of its raw materials which, combined with its know-how, guarantee high quality products.
